COVID-19 Update to Customers

The safety and well being of our clients/customers, as well as our staff, is important to us.  We are taking extraordinary measures to insure your safety.  Due to the ever changing events surrounding COVID-19, our product availability and lead times may be affected.  In addition to our local mandates, due to warehouse closures and supply chain interruptions, some products we offer may not be available at this time.  We are continually updating our websites to reflect products that are currently available and apologize for any inconvenience.  Products that are available will reflect on the website and may take longer to arrive.  Some styles of our rain boots are available and in stock, but sizes are limited.   For health and safety reasons, we will not be able to process returns for our rain boots, so please make sure you have the correct size.  If you have additional questions, please don't hesitate to email us at: donna@alexandre-home.com.  Please do your part to help minimize the spread of COVID-19.
