This Kristian Alexandre Chalk Art ® print is an original and our first design. Our custom children's rain boots are made of rubber; not PVC. The sole is durable, sturdy, and the boot is of great quality. The upper boot is pliable, and flexible; perfect for little feet as they're super active.
